2nd Wave sounded great today at the Georgia State Capitol, playing for a National Day of Prayer rally. Below is a bit of a montage for those who couldn’t make it. Please drop a comment of encouragement for the band here. I’m sure they’ll be checking in!

That’s awesome. I esp. liked the suspense filled ending. Seriously, though, they really brought it today and did a great job.
The band rocked today!!!I felt a special spirit in the air (the Holy Ghost people, I ain’t scared). I believe the sky is the limit for this group for kids- so how ever God wants to shape & mold them & whatever direction he wants to take them is only welcomed!!!!
they love the Lord and they love their instruments. And by the way, are THE COOLEST, most humble kids you’ve ever been around!!!!!
What a great day! So glad I was there to hear my favorite band give honor and glory to God on the National Day of Prayer!!

Yeah. These kids are WAY ahead of the game. They are tighter ever time I hear them play. The groove is just getting to be second nature for them. I love it!
I got choked up today seeing our kids play this event. I think it is the coolest thing they’ve done. What a privilege to be a part of it. I loved hearing the men who are grandfathers praying for our country.
This is amazing!! I am so encredibally proud and blessed to know one of these young people. He’s one of the world’s sweetest kids and I’m sure the others are, too. God is going to use these very talented young people in a special way.

This really is AWESOME! I wish I could have been there. There is so much talent in the making. You are all truely blessed and I can tell that there has been alot of hard work put into this and it is definately paying off!
