The details for the 2nd Tats For Tots event are cemented! It’s being called “Ink For Africa” because the proceeds go to help support an international adoption by some of our friends at P is for Panda. Having a daughter from China, my wife and I know from experience how expensive that process is.

Here’s how it works. Tattoo artist Jamie Pierce will be back with us, doing his thing from noon to midnight on both Oct. 4th and Oct. 11th at my humble abode in Cumming GA. There is a $100 minimum for each tattoo. Jamie will split his earnings with the Adopting Africa fund to benefit our friends who are adopting. Contact us here to schedule an appointment.
Terrified of needles? No problem. Your money is still welcome. Just come and hang out!
Sorry for the delay in getting these details out. Slots are already running out fast, so if you want one, please hurry up and contact us!

Tats for Tots was a success, so we’re doing it again. This time it’s to raise money for the adoption of an Ethiopian orphan by our friends Chad and Candy Pearson, of P is for Panda (a new record label and merchandise company). For an idea of what to expect, click here to see video from the first Tats for Tots.
The talented Jamie Pierce will be our tattoo artist once again. He’s awesome. We already have a lot of folks planning to get inked, so please drop us a comment here or click CONTACT to let us know if you’re interested.

My buddy Chad Pearson of P is for Panda recently got some good press. Check it out here. Here’s a teaser: P is for Panda is an Atlanta-based indie clothing line that started in 2007, relying mostly on word of mouth to generate sales, and contributing a third of those sales to various charities.

These days, they’re also branching out into music by starting a record label in partnership with Hopeless/Sub City Records. It’s a more natural evolution than one might expect; the founder of P is for Panda, Chad Pearson, has a long history in the music industry.
You can also read more about Chad and P is for Panda in a previous blog post of mine here. He and his wife Candy are amazing people. Please support P is for Panda.

So my buddy Chad and his wife Candy moved to Atlanta not long ago from the West Coast. Chad was co-founder of The Militia Group, which brought the world such bands as Copeland (one of my faves) and Atlanta’s Cartel.
Chad recently started a merchandise company called P is for Panda. And now that company is adding to its arsenal, you guessed it, a record label. Chad has a way of finding cool, new talent, so this new label should be pretty darn cool. Love it when he gives me stuff to listen to. So, attend Pandamonium Number One at the Highland Inn. July 25th at 7pm.
